A twofer today. I hadn’t planned to do another gymnastics one right in a row, but then the second of these two seemed to go so well with my Pro-Failure post on Monday.

And if you haven’t heard her story about going through body-shaming and injury, only to find her way back to joy and love in her sport, check out the video below – warning, it might bring (good) tears to your eyes. I thought it would go well with Fowler’s story of rediscovering her own joy in creating from yesterday.
She notes that gymnastics can be brutal – Simone Biles (whom she competed against and even defeated) has also experienced the brutality of this sport and had to step away. But they are both the 🐐❤️
